1. The standard of operation and environment should comply with the product specification.
2.The warranty shall not extend to any instrument that :
·Malfunctions caused by the following reasons are out of the scope of our guarantee:
·Malfunctions caused by abused operation
·Malfunctions caused by other artificial factors like move or tear down in proper motion, or collision, etc.
·caused by modification or repair by anyone except LANGUN or LANGUN designated person;
·from which LANGUN 's original serial number tag or product identification markings have been altered or removed;
·Energy reduce caused by wet environment and dust
·Malfunction caused by uncontrollable natural force
·Consumable spare parts and accessories of this machine.
·or any product of any other manufacturer.
Any material to be serviced or returned to LANGUN, the following procedures should be followed:
Obtain return authorization:
Contact the Technical Support Department and obtain a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping container. Return shipments will not be accepted if the RMA number is not clearly visible. Please provide the model number, serial number (SN), and a brief description of the reason for return.
Freight policy:
1. Within Warranty: The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the equipment is shipped to LANGUN for service (this includes custom charges). LANGUN is responsible for the freight & insurance charges from LANGUN to the customer.
2. After Warranty: The customer is responsible for any freight & insurance charges for returned product.
